As long as you are able to get online, we can start a one-time screen-share and remote control your Windows Desktop, Laptop, Macbook, iPad, Tablet, iMac or Mobile Device and support your needs.

For remote support, we will be able to remote over to your computer using a one time session by clicking on the link below, (using Zoho Assist) then we will give you a session ID to type in.
Please make sure to give us a call before going to the Zoho website below, so that a technician can assist you with your computer while on the phone with you. Once we are on the phone with you, we will give you a unique session ID code. We will then remote over to assist. Once we are finished fixing your issue and the session is closed, we will no longer have access to your computer.

Or Download and run the plugin file below, which will create an icon on your Desktop called "Zoho Assist" and then simply open that file and we'll give you a Session ID to enter:
